Hi, my name is Orlaith. I work as a food technologist in a very busy lab. I loved science in school- I studied biology and chemistry for my leaving certificate and I am lucky enough to have found a career where I can work in an industry combining my two passions- science and food! I have a MSc in Culinary Innovation and Food Product Development, a BA in Earth and Ocean Sciences, a Diploma in Artisan Food Production and I have completed the online TEFl course. I love learning and I am always trying to educate myself to be at the top of my profession. I would love the opportunity to teach and guide students within the Science/Geography field for their exams.
